Once the location of “Woolworth’s” department store. The 13,496-square-foot Woolworth in Middletown closed in 1994, and the building has been unused since then except, at times, for storage. The scope of work for this renovation was demolition of the rear of the building including all finishes down to the structure, it was discovered that the existing roof deck needed to be replaced in full. In addition front and back brick fecide work, with a beautiful outdoor covered walk through that connects you to store to store, to complement the building off street parking was constructed to allow for easy access.
